This page is for this website and for the LifeChangingApps tools: Story Password Vault, Show Grok, and Don't Forget. Made by Marius Venter, New Zealand.
Some features exist only in one app. Those parts are marked. What is not marked applies to all three, unless we say otherwise.
What stays on your device
The Windows and Android apps keep your work on the device you are using. We do not run a server that holds your passwords, your Don't Forget list, or the files you make with Show Grok.
Story Password Vault only. Your story unlock, your saved logins, and any backup file you create stay on that device. We do not receive your story or your list.
Don't Forget only. Your activities stay on that PC (and later, on that phone when the Android version is listed). Not in our cloud.
Show Grok only. Notes and files you keep on your PC stay on your PC. If you send a file to Grok (xAI) yourself, that is your choice. That copy is then under Grok's terms, not stored by LifeChangingApps.
What we do not collect
- We do not ask you to create an account with LifeChangingApps to use these apps.
- We do not receive your story password, your vault, or your Don't Forget list.
- We do not put ads or analytics inside the apps.
Backups — Story Password Vault only
This section applies only where the app has a Backup button. Today that is Story Password Vault. Show Grok and Don't Forget do not make a vault backup file.
A backup is made only when you tap Backup. The file is yours. If you email it, save it to a drive, or share it, that copy is under your control, not ours. We cannot delete a file we never received.
Permissions — Story Password Vault (Android)
The Android app may use storage so you can save or open a backup file. Internet permission may be present in the build. The app does not send your vault to LifeChangingApps.
Payments
If you buy on Google Play, Google handles the payment. If you buy on this website, the payment provider you use handles the card details. We only need enough to send you the file you paid for and to keep the public sales count honest.
Children
These apps are not directed at children under 13.
How to delete your data
Your data lives on your device, not on our servers.
- In the app: delete the item, or use Reset / clear if that button is there (Story Password Vault).
- On the device: uninstall the app. That removes the app data on that device.
- Story Password Vault backups: delete any backup file you saved or emailed. We cannot delete a file we never received.
We do not keep a copy of your story, your password list, or your Don't Forget list.
This website
This site shows the tools and takes you to pay. It does not host your vault or your list.
