Don't Forget

Windows now. Own window. Add the activities you need to remember. Then add a thought if it helps.

An Android version will be on the Google Play Store. We will say here when that listing is open. It is not for sale on Play yet.

Who it is for

People who keep jobs in their head and then lose them. Farm activities, household tasks, errands, work-related tasks. Your Don't Forget list stays on your local PC, not in the cloud. When the Android version is available, the list will stay on your device, not in the cloud.

It works under four pillars: do this first, do this next, do this later, sit and consider. Not good if you want phone alarms, shared family lists, or email reminders.

What it does

Each item has two lines. The activity — what you must do. The thought — why, or a note to yourself. Example in the picture: fill the car with diesel, and the thought “fuel prices going up.”

Four tabs: First, Next, Later, Consider. Move an item when its time changes. Mark it completed. Edit it. Delete it. Add another with the yellow button.

The First tab. These are the jobs for now. Top item is still open. Second item is done — green tick, words crossed out, Undo if you marked it too soon. The thought sits under the activity so you remember why you wrote it.

How you use it

1. Open Don't Forget. Start on First.
2. Add the activities you need to remember. Add a thought if one line is not enough.
3. Move a job to Next, Later, or Consider when it is not for today.
4. Tap Completed when it is done. It stays on the list with a tick until you delete it or undo.

What it is not

The Windows app does not email you and does not need the internet to run. The list stays on this PC. What you buy today is the Windows app.

Android on the Play Store comes later. We will advise on this page when it is available. Do not look for Don't Forget on Play today.
